Microcell

We manufacture Microcell, which is a crosslinked expanded polyethylene foam and EVA foam. It is manufactured at our sophisticated plant. It is widely acclaimed among customers for having very closed cell, fine microcellular structure with good dimensional stability, insulating properties with excellent mechanical strength, good thermo stability, high resilience and acoustical properties. Manufacturing Facilities & Quality

Our well managed manufacturing facilities and quality monitoring system are the most integral part of our complete production process. The machines we use are Knedear, Mixing Mill, Hydraulic Press, and Splitting Machine. We check our machines on regular basis to strengthen their workability and flawless performance. All the machines and equipment are kept well oiled and cleaned as well as regular up-gradations are performed in the manufacturing unit to enhance the productivity.

In order to ensure that our products conform to set industry standards, we use world class raw material for the manufacturing process. The raw material used are EVA, LDPE, Zinc Oxide, Stearic Acid, and Micro Fine ADC.
